Living & Dining

The delightful and bright open plan Living and Dining area with its large picture window overlooking the Pleney ski slope and surrounding mountains is a great place to cosy up in front of the wood burning stove in winter or slide open The large glass door opening directly onto the south facing deck and garden in the summer.​​​

The newly fitted modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Induction hob has everything you need to cater for family and friends. Take in the breathtaking views while you wait for the fresh coffee to brew or make a quick cup with the Nespresso machine.​

Laundry Room

This small separate room accessed by glazed french doors houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning cupboards

Cave/Ski Locker

The storage space is located on the ground floor and accessed by a coded entry door from the car parking area. There is a boot heater for ski boots in winter and enough space to store 6 pairs of skis.

Bedroom 1

A delightful master bedroom with twin beds that can be made up as a super king.  Full height fitted wardrobes and dressing table gives plenty storage space.  Double glazed french doors with wooden shutters open onto the sunny, sheltered decking giving direct access to the spa hot tub. The en-suite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, WC, washand basin, heated mirror, underfloor heating and towel warmer.

Bedroom 2

This good sized twin bedroom to the front of the property has full height fitted Wardrobes and a large window with wooden shutters to keep out the light for those sleep-in days.

Bedroom 3

This smaller bedroom with a window to the front features full sized single mattress bunk beds suitable for adults or children with ample storage and hanging space. 

Bathroom

The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, WC, washand basin, heated mirror, underfloor heating and towel warmer.
